SPIFF Program Redemption Terms & Conditions
- Earning Points: You will earn points equivalent to 5% of the total value of each valid order. Points hold immense value, with 1 Point = $1 USD.
- Redeeming Points: Points can be redeemed directly on our website for the entire range of INFITAC products and accessories.
- Channel Restrictions: This program applies exclusively to offline sales. Orders generated through online sales channels are not eligible for earning or redeeming points.
- Non-Transferable: Points cannot be combined, pooled, or transferred between accounts. Dealer sales representatives are only eligible to earn points from their own individual closed sales orders.
- Account Inactivity: If an account does not generate any new eligible sales for a period of 12 consecutive months, the account will be permanently canceled and all accrued points will be forfeited.
- Account Compliance: To maintain a fair program environment, any violations—including but not limited to forging orders or fraudulently combining points—will result in immediate account suspension and the forfeiture of all accrued points.
